Kyokushin Karate Bondi Junction Club has been established in Bondi Junction since 1980, without doubt it is the oldest Kyokushin Karate club in Australia. The Kyokushin Karate Bondi Junction is open for training six days a week, with a Children's "after school" class running Monday through to Friday from 4.30-5.30pm and Saturday Morning from 8-9am
Adult "beginners" class in on Tuesday & Thursday 6-7pm with the main (general) class running on Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6.30 - 8pm & Tuesday & Thursday from 7-8.30pm also Saturday from 1-3pm.

The Bondi Junction Kyokushin Karate School is fully equipped with heavy bags and along with numerous kick and punching bags, including focus punching pads.

The classes are run by instructors who were personally trained by Hanshi John Taylor (9th Dan Black Belt) and include Senpai Jarjoura World Karate Champion and Sensei Ali, three times Kyokushin IKO-Matsushima World Champion.

Beginners and experienced students welcome and all IKO-Kyokushin grades are recognised.

We have s special class for beginners so that they will feel comfortable about commencing a karate class. the Bondi Beginners class in on Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7pm and once each student feels confident enough to move into the General class, they are free to train as often as they wish up to six days a week.

The Bondi Kyushin Karate School has an extensive yearly tournament program and students are encouraged to enter as many as possible to improve and test their karate skills.

Kyoushin Karate is the largest karate style in the world with 8 Million members world-wide. The IKO-Matsushima karate organisation has over 250 Branches throughout the world.
