Learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Rouse Hill with coaches who have over 55 years of collective experience in coaching, practicing and competing in BJJ. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a proven effective martial art for self-defence, especially for someone who is physically smaller than the others.
