Operational since 2009, Coastal Bodies is a small fitness studio specialising in personal training and fitness for people of all ages, from all walks of life and training backgrounds. All age-groups, from 8 to 108, are most welcome.

Our friendly, approachable personal trainers can help you no matter your health or fitness goals... whether you wish to feel better, lose weight, simply get fit, or have special exercise considerations. If you have an injury, we work closely with local physiotherapists to help rehabilitate you and restore you to full function. Diabetes, Polycystic Ovary Disease, Parkinsonism, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer Therapy and Osteoporosis are just a few examples of other areas we have experience in assisting.

There are no fixed contracts, memberships or joining fees. We value community, empower our clients to make healthy lifestyle choices, and have an amazing group of people who will support, encourage and share in your journey. We offer a non-intimidating, welcoming environment that is fun and relaxed, yet professional.

We offer personal training, semi-private training (groups of 4) and small group exercise classes (limited to 8-10) Mondays to Saturdays. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 6am to 8pm, and Saturdays 7am to 11am.
