Hi! I'm Donna Boylen and I'm an life and business coach based in Inglewood Western Australia.

I specialise in helping women reduce anxiety, stress, fear, self-doubt, fraud and inferiority complexes, and procrastination, whilst increasing their self-care, self-awareness, self-confidence, and feelings of self-worth and self-love.

I'm a qualified life coach as well as being qualified in a number of energy healing modalities including:
Reiki I
Reiki II
Reiki III
MCKS Advanced Pranic Healing
Crystal Therapy

I help you move through any feelings and situations that are keeping you stuck and frustrated, or where you're holding yourself back from reaching your full potential, so you can grow a business you love, feel more purposeful in your life, and actually reach the things you want to.

During the coaching sessions we assess where you are now and how what you want is currently showing up in your life. We look at what your goals and dreams are, we work on your mindset and habits, and we develop tangible action plans so we can get you working towards and achieving your goals. You'll have an accountability partner and a cheerleader right by your side.

Well also use techniques including the Law of Attraction, gratitude, journalling, visualisation, meditation, and even energy healings where needed (and wanted).
Sessions are 60 minutes and are done via Zoom.
