INRG MIXED MARTIAL ARTS & FITNESS is a Combat Sports Academy that offers classes in MUAY THAI / THAI BOXING, BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU, MIXED MARTIAL ARTS, BOXING and FILIPINO MARTIAL ARTS. We place an emphasis on having fun while getting fit and at the same time learning 'Real World' Self Defence skills, which boosts your self-esteem and self-confidence. The gym is a fun, friendly and family-oriented place to train, meet new friends and become part of the growing INRG Family. RESPECT - HONOUR - INTEGRITY.

The gym is a 160 sqm facility, affiliated with the World Thai Boxing Association and myBJJ International Association, as well as a Muay Thai Australia (MTA) Member Gym. We have been operating in Seven Hills since September 2005. The gym is fully matted for your safety and is equipped with 6ft Heavy Bags, Speed ball, and a 6x6 metre Pro Boxing Ring. There are both male & female toilet facilities. An upstairs balcony housing exercise bikes, elliptical machines and weights. There is also an INRG Store at the gym which can supply all your training gear needed for the classes.

We are located in the heart of Seven Hills close to BUNNINGS and CALTEX/RED ROOSTER on Abbott Road. The gym is owned and operated by husband and wife Khun Khru Erick and Khru Anne Bayot. Both are passionate and certified instructors with over 30 years of combined experience in Martial Arts, having both fought in the ring and still continue to train the various Martial Arts all over the world.

We are open from 5pm Monday to Thursday, 6:30pm on Friday and Saturday 9am. Come down, see how we train and join our classes you may just LOVE IT! What do you have to lose? FIRST CLASS IS FREE! It is a fun and great way to lose weight, get fit, meet new friends and learn Self-Defence. We welcome everybody from Men, Women, Children and Teens of all fitness and skill level.
