We are a mobile fitness specialist business established in 2008. Offering strength and conditioning training, personal training, small group training and boot camps where we come to you or train at a location of your choice. During this time the founder Adrian Migani has worked in many different gyms during his 10 years in the industry. Over the past 4 years Adrian has worked as a strength and conditioning coach, coaching elite athletes in many different sports including Olympian trap shooter Adem Vella, professional boxer Joel Camilleri and the Yarra River Dragons a Dragon Boat team. Over the last 4 years Adrian has coached 10 Athletes who have represented Australian at the World and Asian games for Dragon Boating. We are very proud to say that in March 2016 the Australian team walked away with a record Number of medals.
