Leah is a qualified nutritionist and naturopath based at North Gosford , Central Coast. She combines science, backed with studies, combined with traditional medicines that have been used for thousands of years, such as iridology and tongue analysis. As a mum and grandma she has life experience to add to her diploma and bachelor qualifications.

Many of our patients have got off track with their health or have just discovered they have an underlying health concern. The fact you are on this page means you are ready to make some positive improvements. Leah will not going to force you to do anything you don't want to with diet, lifestyle or herbs.

The main thing that we find our patients are looking for is "No judgement" and "realistic goals" .
Leah will really not judge you with what you are eating, drinking or smoking. Her goal is to help you be the healthier you that you can be with realistic health goals.

Working with most health conditions. Most common conditions :digestive Gut health, autoimmune disease, lupus, diabetes, overactive thyroid, underachieve thyroid, children health, ADHD, Sleep, Anxiety and depression, female health, male health, fertility, pain management, fibromyalgia, immune support for colds, flus, covid, immunisation support, diets and weight loss.
Blood, urine, stool testing, hair analysis.

We spend at least an hour with you for the first consultation, reviewing your whole health history, any diagnosed conditions, any current blood tests or scans you have. Then we prescribe any diet changes, compounded, herbs or supplements to assist your body to fit any underlying conditions and prevent future conditions.
Follow up consultations range in time from 10 minutes to 1 hour or more. Depending on what your individual needs are.
