From the first session we aim to assist you to both understand the causes of your concerns and to start on the road of applying practical strategies to overcome them.

Here at Perth Psychologists, our mission with each client is to practically address the issue with wisdom and kindness. Through the use of treatment of choice techniques such as mindfulness and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) our goal is to actively increase the well-being and quality of life of each person that comes to us.
