Tailored Fitness Centre is located in Padbury, Perth, Western Australia.

We specialise in helping clients achieve their weight loss and fitness goals, whether that be one on one Personal Coaching, Partner Coaching or Small Group Trainings that involve, boxing, strength, endurance and cardiovascular exercise.

We run 25+ Small Group Training session a week and only have up to 10 people in class to make sure there is enough attention for each and everyone.
Our trainers are very welcoming and out going people who are qualified in all fields to assist our clients achieve their goals. We also offer rehabilitation programs to help with injury or illness recovery.

On top of the Fitness studio we also offer a staffed creche, Full Massage and treatment room and Cafe to relax or to get you set up for the day.

Openings hours:

Monday - Friday 5 am - 8 pm
Saturday 7 am -1 pm

Creche opening times
Monday - Friday 8.45 - 10 am
