I run a life coaching business from home. My main clients are over 40 and usually women although that is not to say the guys are not welcome.
Coaching is like no other conversation where I help you find your answers to take you from where you are to where you want to be. My usual plan is to have an initial free session to see if we both agree we are compatible and this is then followed by 6 sessions to work through those issues.
All conversations are confidential except if I feel something is untoward in which case I will discuss the issue with you before referring you to someone else if I do not think I can help you.
My coaching service is centred around people with anxiety/depression issues but that is not to say that I will not see someone with other issues, this can be resolved in our initial discovery session.
I am located at Aldinga Beach and offer my services over the phone/Skype as well as face to face.

I also co-host a session with another coach which will be starting on 15 February 2017 called Coach N Chat where we will be discussing coaching/NLP based issues. This is a great opportunity to come along to experience whether the coaching I offer is for you or not. The environment is friendly, non-judgmental and the main rule is that any issue discussed in that room stays in that room.
