Traditional Kung Fu is about Mind, Body & Soul training. A Wholistic approach to total Personal Development. We use: Positive affirmation, Physical Fitness exercises, Chi Gong to Calm the Mind, sustained postures to develop Disciplined, Control, and to love and value yourself. As a student, you become part of a supportive team.

We train through the art style of Hung Gar Kung Fu. Its an External-Internal system of training. (As was taught to the Imperial army of China). Very powerful system of Kung Fu
There is a system of training that is integrated into, Sash Grade levels, with certificates of achievement. WE have been a hidden secret for over Forty years. All welcome.

Comprehensive training: Mentally, Physically & Spiritually
- To Develop : Mental & Physical Fitness, Calm, Tolerance, Strength,
Positive Attitude and Powerful Self Defense skills.

- This Academy was established back in 1985. Sifu was trained by Chinese Kung Fu
Masters over time, since 1975. like: Colin Chow, Gregory Choi, Mr Lee, Earl Montague to name a few and has level 1 & 2 in Sports coaching, Accredited by the Chinese Kung Fu Association in Sydney. Has also Training in counselling and psychology..

- All Instructors are highly trained and accredited by the MAA
