This Academy of Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu, Is about helping you to develop yourself through a better attitude and behavior so to better reach your full potential: We can offer you two types of Traditional Kung Fu Art Training:

1. Chi Gong Art for: Calm, Meditation, Relaxation and Healing power through;
Breathing, Meditation, Slow movements to; Calm & Energize the Mind & Body
- Develop better discipline for a more Positive outlook and to improve your life and work,

2. Hung Gar Style For: Energy, Power, Strength, Fitness and Self Defense capacity to
- Develop a greater Power & Strength within the mind and body that promotes a sense of
security within, to have the courage to stand up for yourself in with the connection of the universe. Thus improving your Self defense capacity

Learn the Basics to the Mastery levels in Chi Gong & Hung gar
Introductory offer for new students for the first month of training:
-Kids: $60. a month for 2- lessons per week, usually cost $100.
-Adults: $80. a month for 2- lessons a week usually $120.
