Simone Baron is a counsellor and nutrition and food coach who is personally whole food plant based and is on a mission to help people understand how diet affects their thyroid and to give them easy and simple tools to create a healthy diet. She is a EFT practitioner as well - this is also known as "tapping" and is a simple tool that you learn to decrease anxiety, stress and stop you from bingeing. Sessions can be in person or online. Simone was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2002 and was on medication for 15 years, she was never given any guidelines on how to improve her thyroid using diet, and hopes to help some of the 40,000 people diagnosed with thyroid issues each year in Australia.
